Seven Studies: sales page live

As promised in the launch post earlier, I’ve just put the sales page for Seven Studies in Pop Piano live. You can find it here.

The ebook is ready for instant download, but I’m still waiting for the print edition to fully percolate through the world’s international distribution channels. It’s being distributed by the Ingram Content Group, which in principle means it’s available to a huge number of sellers worldwide, including all the major bookstore chains and book websites.

However, when you’re a small publisher not everything gets picked up right away…! Right now Amazon has patchy availability, and The Book Depository (the store I recommend for international delivery of my other book, How To Really Play The Piano) isn’t listing Seven Studies. This should change soon as its availability status trickles through the various systems.

In the meantime, I’ve added some links to the sales page for sellers that are listing the book, such as Wordery.com. (Like my other book, Seven Studies is produced print-on-demand, so whoever sells it, it’s shipped out of one of two warehouses worldwide; it’s just a question of how often sellers update their databases, and – in the UK at least – Amazon’s system realising there is sufficient demand to make stocking worthwhile). If you have any questions on any of this, give me a shout using the email contact on the sales page, or in the comments here.

Oh, and the accompanying sound files are gradually going live here. The should all be up within the next 10 days.

Phew – I need a lie down…

    Hiya Bill,

I just purchased your 7 Studies in Pop Piano, and look forward to it. I already have your How to Really Play the Piano book, and find it very useful, so I thought I would continue to support your excellent work. As well as being a pianist, I also teach beginning students and it is a valuable resource. I look forward to being able to use the 7 Studies as a resource and inspiration, too. I am very glad you included the link to the audio studies. Thank you very much for that.

I enjoy all your youtube videos very much and find them very helpful. I wish you didn’t live so far away [I’m in London….]. Keep up the good work. Thanks, again, for your contribution to the world of music.

    Cheers, Paul
